猴头菌是一种珍贵的食用菌,属担子菌纲非褶菌目猴头菌科猴头菌属,主要分布在吉林、黑龙江、内蒙古、山西、广西、河北、四川、浙江等地。在野生条件下,往往成对生长,故在我国东北地区称它为“对口蘑”,藏民则称之为“喝巴拉”。猴头菌为高蛋白、低脂肪食物,它含有16种氨基酸,其中有7种人体必需氨基酸,还含有多种微量元素,营养丰富、味道鲜美。
Hericium erinaceus is a precious edible fungus belonging to the family Hericium erysimia of non-pleuropneumoniae, mainly distributed in Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Guangxi, Hebei, Sichuan and Zhejiang. Under wild conditions, they tend to grow in pairs, so they are called “counter mushrooms” in the northeast of our country. Tibetans call it “a barren drink.” Hericium erinaceus is a high-protein, low-fat food, which contains 16 kinds of amino acids, of which 7 kinds of essential amino acids, but also contains a variety of trace elements, nutrient-rich, delicious.
