最近几年来,电子装置迅速向高精度、高稳定性、多用途等方向发展。从而要求其可靠性高、小型化和重量轻。因此也要求电源回路中的驱动部分要采用集成电路。以满足这一要求。 当然,作为直流稳压电源的输入电压变化率、负载变化率、温度系数必须小,漂移表减率必须大·尤其要有如下的良好的过渡响应特性: (1)对于输入电压变化引起的输出电压的过渡响应特性。 (2)对于负载变化的输出电压过渡响应; (3)输入开关“通—断”时的输出电压的过渡响应; In recent years, electronic devices have rapidly developed toward high precision, high stability and versatility.
