为审视以往国内大型航运企业重组事件中对企业文化传承重视不足的问题,提出经重组的新企业不可无文化源头,没有“继往”必难有“开来”等观点。以文化溯源为主轴,分析中远中海企业前身的文化精神,从3个方面传承和弘扬航运企业文化:发掘和提炼原有企业的核心文化、优化“人文”建设组织架构、重视有形文化的建设和保护。
In order to review the issue of insufficient attention to the inheritance of corporate culture in the restructuring of large domestic shipping companies in the past, it was suggested that the newly reorganized new enterprises should have no cultural roots and no “future” will be difficult to achieve.
