研究了石子针片状含量和人工砂中石粉含量对自密实混凝土工作性及强度的影响。研究结果表明:石子针片状含量在4%~8%,拌合物的坍落扩展度、J型环流动度、静态离析百分率随着针片状含量的提高而降低,针片状含量对抗压强度值的影响不明显;人工砂中石粉含量在15%以下有益于提高拌合物的抗压强度,在减水剂用量和用水量一定的情况下,石粉含量增加会降低拌合物的坍落扩展度、J型环流动度和静态离析百分率。
The effect of the stone flake content and the content of stone powder in artificial sand on the workability and strength of self-compacting concrete was studied. The results show that the content of flake is 4% ~ 8%, the slump expansion, J type ring fluidity and static segregation percentage decrease with the increase of needle flake content. The effect of compressive strength value is not obvious; artificial stone powder content below 15% is beneficial to improve the compressive strength of the mixture, in the case of water-reducer and water consumption, the increase in the content of stone powder will reduce the mixture Slump expansion, J-loop mobility, and static segregation percentage.
