针对目前厚板矫直机常用弯辊装置中存在的不足,基于七辊厚板矫直机设计出斜楔式弯辊装置,为减小斜楔整体纵向尺寸,将上、下斜楔均设计成为三段式,并通过有限元分析软件Abaqus对弯辊装置进行了强度校核,还对斜楔的纵向尺寸进行了优化,降低了机架的高度,减轻了整机质量,提高了矫直机的刚度。另外,通过分析模拟结果发现,当上斜楔的推进量在36 mm左右时,斜楔机构的整体应力值较小且较均匀,因此实际矫直生产过程中应尽量使斜楔机构处于中间位置。
