案例教学法是高校法学专业实践教学质量提高的重要手段,本文采用例证法、实证法和归纳演绎推理等方法进行了研究,提出了“逆推式”案例教学法,改变了传统的教师“一言堂”即教师为课堂的主体,而是由学生经过独立思考对案例得出结论,然后展示推导结论的过程,教师予以适时引导和点评,使学生成为学习的主体,激发了学习的动力。
The case teaching method is an important means to improve the quality of practice teaching in the law major of colleges and universities.
