目的了解BACTEC MGIT-960结核菌快速培养法在临床中的应用。方法应用BACTEC MGIT-960结核菌快速培养法培养结核菌,并与改良罗氏培养法进行比较。结果 800例临床标本应用BACTEC MGIT-960结核菌快速培养法培养阳性496例,阳性报告平均时间15d,优于改良罗氏培养法。结论应用BACTEC MGIT-960结核菌快速培养法培养结核分枝杆菌可以提高阳性率和缩短培养时间,能有效的服务于临床。 Objective To understand the application of BACTEC MGIT-960 rapid culture method in clinical practice. Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis was cultured by BACTEC MGIT-960 rapid culture method and compared with modified Roche culture method. Results A total of 800 cases of clinical specimens were cultured with BACTEC MGIT-960 Mycobacterium tuberculosis rapid culture method, with a positive rate of 15 days, which was better than the modified Roche culture method. Conclusion BACTEC MGIT-960 Mycobacterium tuberculosis rapid culture of cultured Mycobacterium tuberculosis can increase the positive rate and shorten the incubation time, can effectively serve the clinical.
