目的探讨乳腺癌成簇样钙化在乳腺X线片中的特征性表现及诊断价值。方法分析54例乳腺X线片中成簇样钙化的形态、大小、密度等特征,并评估其在诊断中的价值。结果85.0%的乳腺癌为细沙型,15.0%良性肿瘤为细沙型;87.5%乳腺癌的钙化点密度不均、大小不一;81.3%乳腺癌的钙化数目(N/S)≥15个/cm2。结论乳腺X线片中的成簇样钙化形态学表现和数目、密度、大小对乳腺癌的诊断和鉴别具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the characteristic manifestations and diagnostic value of cluster-like calcification in breast cancer in mammograms. Methods The morphology, size, density and other characteristics of cluster-like calcifications in 54 cases of mammograms were analyzed and their diagnostic value was evaluated. Results 85.0% breast cancer was fine sand type and 15.0% benign tumor was fine sand type. The density of calcification in 87.5% of breast cancer was uneven and varied in size, while the number of calcifications in 81.3% breast cancer was ≥15 / cm2. Conclusion The clustered calcification morphology and number, density and size in mammography are of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast cancer.
