利用玉米矮秆突变基因的致矮特性,根据基因重组的原理,通过导入热带血缘进行回交选择,研究玉米矮源导入热带血缘选育矮生玉米自交系的效果。结果表明,选育出配合力高的单基因br-2矮生系南381和南387,使抗病、抗倒、窄叶片等许多优良基因与br-2基因很好地结合,在玉米矮秆突变基因运用于玉米育种研究上取得了一定进展。
Based on the principle of gene recombination, the backcross selection of tropical dominance in maize was used to study the effect of introducing dwarf maize into tropical dwarf maize inbred lines. The results showed that the breeding lines dwarfing lines of South-381 and South 387 with high combining ability of single-gene br-2 were bred well, and many excellent genes such as resistance, lodging resistance and narrow leaf were combined with br-2 gene. Some progress has been made in the application of stalk mutagenesis in maize breeding.
