传统绝对式光学编码器具有多个读码器件和多条沿码盘径向分布的编码码道,结构比较复杂,限制了绝对式编码器的应用范围和进一步的发展。提出了一种采用单读码器件的串行编码绝对式光学编码器,介绍了其工作原理和基本结构。该编码器采用单个读码器件逐个的按顺序读取位置编码,在不同阅读位置上读到的二值化信息在移位存储器中所构成的编码值具有唯一性,极大限度地简化了绝对式光学编码器的结构,为其小型化开辟了一条新的途径。
The traditional absolute optical encoder has multiple reading devices and multiple code tracks radially distributed along the code wheel.
