在高 Tc超导 Gd Ba2 Cu3 O7-δ薄膜上 ,采用光刻技术制成 2× 4阵列微桥单元及多元器件 ,对器件性能在液氮温度下进行了系统的观测 ,实验表明 ,Gd Ba2 Cu3 O7-δ薄膜超导性能优异 ,稳定性很好 ,桥区尺寸较小的微桥呈现与双晶晶界结相似的 - 特性 ,可能具有弱连接行为 ,而多单元串接微桥器件出现的多台阶式的特性 ,可望在红外探测计量及高频方面获得重要应用。
On the high Tc superconducting Gd Ba2 Cu3 O7-δ thin film, a 2 × 4 array micro-bridge unit and multi-element devices were fabricated by photolithography. The performance of the device was systematically observed at liquid nitrogen temperature. The experimental results show that Gd Ba2 The Cu3 O7-δ film has excellent superconductivity and good stability. The micro-bridge with smaller size of the bridge area has the similar characteristics as the twin junction, and may have a weak connection behavior. The multi-cell serial micro-bridge device appears Multi-stage features that are expected to gain important applications in infrared probing and high-frequency applications.
