电动汽车参数匹配及控制策略优化,是提高电动汽车性能的重要手段之一。针对具有3挡机械自动变速器的纯电动汽车,提出了基于最佳效率的换挡规律优化方法并制定了最佳效率换挡规律,同时与最佳动力性换挡规律进行性能比较。以0~100km/h加速时间以及ECE+EUDC循环工况能耗为评价指标,通过MATLAB/Simulink建模和仿真,分析了两种换挡规律对整车性能的影响。结果表明:最佳动力性换挡规律的加速时间比最佳效率换挡规律少7.4%;而最佳效率换挡规律的ECE+EUDC循环工况能耗比最佳动力性换挡规律少9.4%。
Electric vehicle parameter matching and control strategy optimization is one of the important means to improve the performance of electric vehicles. For a pure electric vehicle with a 3-speed mechanical automatic transmission, a shift optimization method based on the best efficiency is proposed and a law of optimal efficiency shift is formulated, and the performance comparison is carried out with the optimal power shift rule. Taking the acceleration time of 0 ~ 100km / h and the energy consumption of ECE + EUDC cycle as evaluation indexes, the influence of two shift patterns on the performance of the vehicle was analyzed by using MATLAB / Simulink modeling and simulation. The results show that the acceleration time of the optimal dynamic shift schedule is 7.4% less than that of the best efficiency shift schedule, while the energy consumption of the ECE + EUDC cycle schedule with the best efficiency shift schedule is 9.4% less than the optimal dynamic shift schedule %.
