线损预控水平是电力企业经营和管理水平的根本标尺,当今社会越来越将线损预控作为评价电力企业管理能力和发展潜力的标志。本研究以电能营销管理的实际工作作为基础,展开了线损预控工作的研讨,在分析企业在线损预控和管理中存在问题的基础上,以电能营销管理工作为前提进行了强化线损预控的思考,提供了从系统认知到激励机制等一系列措施,为进一步优化电能营销管理工作,更好地进行线损预控做出了探索。
The level of pre-control of wire-line loss is the fundamental measure for the operation and management level of power enterprises. Nowadays, more and more wire loss pre-control is used as a symbol to evaluate the management ability and development potential of power enterprises. Based on the actual work of power marketing management, this study starts with the discussion of pre-control of line loss. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of pre-control and management of online loss in enterprises, Pre-control thinking, providing a range of measures from the system awareness to the incentive mechanism for the further optimization of power marketing management, to make a better pre-control of loss made exploration.
