羧基化反应是向有机物中引入羧基的有效方法,被广泛用于制备醛、酮、酰胺和酯类化合物。自Heck等首次报道Pd催化的芳基卤代物的羰基化反应以来,羰基化反应不仅成为选择性好、条件温和、原子利用率高的重要合成手段,也为现代合成化学提供了众多新反应。本文主要综述了羰基化反应的概况,重点介绍了氧化羰基化反应的发展现状,指出了该领域的研究方向。
Carboxylation is an effective method of introducing carboxyl groups into organic compounds and is widely used in the preparation of aldehydes, ketones, amides and esters. Since Heck et al first reported Pd-catalyzed carbonylation of aryl halides, carbonylation has not only become an important synthesis method with good selectivity, mild conditions and high atomic utilization rate, but also provided many new reactions for modern synthetic chemistry. This review summarizes the general situation of the carbonylation reaction, focuses on the current status of the oxidative carbonylation reaction and points out the research directions in this field.
