职业生涯规划是人力资源管理的重要环节,关系着企业和个人未来发展。通过系统的职业生涯规划与管理,有效开发、利用国有企业的人力资源,充分发挥员工的特长和潜能,提高企业的凝聚力、吸引力。本文阐述了职业生涯规划管理的重要性,分析了当前国有企业职业生涯规划管理的现状,并提出如何进行职业生涯规划,为国有企业员工职业生涯规划与管理提供可行性参考。
Career planning is an important part of human resource management, related to the future development of enterprises and individuals. Through systematic career planning and management, we will effectively develop and utilize the human resources of state-owned enterprises and give full play to the staff’s strengths and potentials to enhance their cohesion and attractiveness. This article expounds the importance of career planning management, analyzes the current situation of career planning management in state-owned enterprises, and proposes how to carry out career planning so as to provide a feasible reference for the career planning and management of state-owned enterprises.
