目的探讨灯盏花素聚合物胶束的制备,建立灯盏花素含量测定方法,并测定其包封率。方法采用薄膜水化法制备灯盏花素聚合物胶束,采用紫外分光光度法(UV)测定灯盏花素含量,并计算其包封率。结果薄膜水化法制备的灯盏花素聚合物胶束呈圆形或类圆形,平均粒径为(20.00±2.62)nm,平均包封率为(90.00±2.14)%。结论薄膜水化法可简单快速地制备灯盏花素聚合物胶束,UV可准确、可靠地测定灯盏花素聚合物胶束的包封率。
Objective To investigate the preparation of breviscapine polymer micelles and to establish a method for the determination of breviscapine content and to determine its entrapment efficiency. Methods Breviscapine polymer micelles were prepared by membrane hydration method. Breviscapine content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV), and its entrapment efficiency was calculated. Results The breviscapin polymer micelles prepared by the membrane hydration method were round or round, the average particle size was (20.00 ± 2.62) nm and the average entrapment efficiency was (90.00 ± 2.14)%. Conclusion The membrane hydration method can be used to prepare breviscapine polymer micelles easily and rapidly. The encapsulation efficiency of breviscapine polymer micelles can be measured accurately and reliably by UV.
