本研究基于CFD数值优化从翼地效应扩展到应用于飞机机翼的设计,从外部看仍是一个机翼,但是前缘和后缘都是没有封闭的。通过Fluent软件分别计算了中间翼型距离上翼型距离H为1.5~10.5cm,取攻角为0度、4度和8度,共计21种参数组合工况,且计算0度迎角下单个翼型和大间距的内附翼的情况,计算结果表明内附翼的气动性能具有较大潜力,当中间翼型距离上翼型距离为10.5cm设计的小间距内附翼气动性能最好。最后通过制作和飞行试验证明其性能优越。
Based on CFD numerical optimization, this study extends from the wing effect to the design applied to the wing of the aircraft, which is still a wing from the outside, but the front edge and the rear edge are not closed. Fluent software was used to calculate the distance between the middle airfoil and the upper airfoil, respectively, from 1.5 cm to 10.5 cm. The attack angles were 0 degree, 4 degree and 8 degree. A total of 21 parameters were combined. The results show that the aerodynamic performance of the inner wing has great potential. When the distance between the middle airfoil and the upper airfoil is 10.5 cm, the aerodynamic performance of the inner wing with the short pitch is the best. Finally, the production and flight test proved its superior performance.
