目的 观察肾脏等腹腔脏器 ,旨在探索彩超在流行性出血热诊疗中的价值。方法 常规二维声像图检查肾脏 ,观察双肾大小、轮廓形态、肾周围液性暗圈或暗带、内部结构及周围情况 ;CDFI检测血流信号 ,压力指数 ,血流频谱等。结果 流行性出血热肾脏肿大肾周围出现特征性液性暗圈或暗带、肾实质回声改变、肝肾隐窝少量积液等 ;CDFI:少尿期肾内血流信号减少、肾内血流呈低速高阻型、阻力指数明显增大。结论 根据肾脏声像图及CDFI特点 ,结合临床表现及实验室检查并与病理改变对照分析可显著提高诊断复合率 ,尤其是二维图象出现特征性暗圈或暗带有特异性诊断价值。彩超对 EHF的诊断 ,病情轻重的判定 ,治疗效果的监测 ,预测疾病的转归及预后均可提供可靠的客观指标 ;对病史及临床表现不典型的 EHF患者的诊断尤其有价值。
Objective To observe the visceral organs such as kidney, and to explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Conclusion According to the features of renal ultrasonography and CDFI, combined with clinical manifestations and laboratory tests and pathological changes control analysis can significantly improve the diagnostic recombination rate, especially the two-dimensional images appear characteristic dark circle or dark zone with specific diagnostic value. Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of EHF, the severity of the judgment, the monitoring of treatment, prognosis of disease prognosis and prognosis can provide reliable objective indicators; the history and clinical manifestations of EHF patients with atypical diagnosis is particularly valuable.
