组织政工工作的根本目的在于将员工的工作思想加以转变,只有具备良好的政工队伍,不断的提升人员的思想素质,才能够为企业带来收益以及提高企业的市场竞争力。本文从新形势下组织政工工作的发展方向和定位、完善员工政工教育的意见反馈工作及有效配置政工工作资源三个方面着手对相关问题进行了分析。 The fundamental purpose of organizing political and political work is to change the working ideas of employees.
