我国广大的经济落后地区经过２０多年的改革开放，经济、文化有了巨大发展，但与先进省、市相比，差距还很大。深入研究这些地区文化产业发展思路，真正让文化产业成为该地区支柱产业，当前应重点解决五个方面问题：更新观念；确立文化战略；优化文化资源配置；培育文化市场；完善文化机制。
After more than 20 years of reform and opening up, China’s vast economically backward regions have enjoyed tremendous economic and cultural development. However, compared with advanced provinces and municipalities, the gap is still huge. In-depth study of the development of cultural industries in these areas, and truly let the cultural industry become the pillar industries in the region, the current focus should be to solve five problems: to update their concepts; establish cultural strategy; optimize the allocation of cultural resources; cultivate cultural markets; improve the cultural mechanism.
