在复杂快变的竞争环境中,创新对企业的生存和发展至关重要。企业创新战略的成败取决于高管团队战略决策和战略实施的有效性。基于高层梯队理论和企业注意力基础观,以139家中国创业板上市技术密集型企业为样本,分别从注意力焦点原则和注意力情境原则的视角,考察了高管团队的创新注意力对企业创新战略的影响,以及总经理——董事长两职合一和组织冗余的调节作用。研究结果表明,高管团队创新注意力对企业创新战略有积极影响,而总经理——董事长两职合一和组织冗余则正向调节高管团队创新注意力与企业创新战略之间的关系。
In a rapidly changing and competitive environment, innovation is crucial to the survival and development of enterprises. The success or failure of an enterprise innovation strategy depends on the effectiveness of the senior management team’s strategic decision-making and strategy implementation. Based on the theory of high-level echelon and the basic concept of enterprise attention, taking 139 Chinese GEM-listed technology-intensive enterprises as samples, this dissertation examines the impact of senior management team’s innovation on enterprises The impact of innovation strategy, and the regulatory function of the combination of the two posts of general manager and chairman and the redundancy of organization. The results show that the senior management team’s innovative attention has a positive impact on the corporate innovation strategy, while the combination of the general manager and the chairman of the board and the organizational redundancy positively regulate the relationship between the senior management team’s innovative attention and the corporate innovation strategy relationship.
