本文讨论了从以B_1(或B_2)为添加剂的新型镍铁合金电镀液所得的镀层的内应力、结合力、延展性、硬度、稳定电位、显微结构和耐蚀性等,结果表明镍铁合金镀层的山应力、硬度、稳定电位和耐蚀性是合金组成、光亮剂的组成与含量、工艺条件等的函数。结合力与前处理有直接关系,合金镀层的延性极好,镀层呈层状结构。
