目的:分析注射用头孢哌酮-舒巴坦钠在ICU危重患者治疗中护理作用。方法:选取2014年1—6月间在ICU内给予注射用头孢哌酮-舒巴坦钠治疗的危重患者,按经验用药和药敏结果用药比较,分析其临床治疗的护理效果。结果:头孢哌酮-舒巴坦钠被用于对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药菌感染及中、重度革兰阴性菌感染患者的治疗中或在患者转入ICU后及时留取患者的各种标体,及时送检;护士作为药物治疗的实施者具有高度的责任感和渊博的药物知识,确保了患者用药安全。结论:在ICU危重患者的治疗中护士加强了用药监督,消除了患者用药安全隐患,减少了医疗纠纷的发生。 Objective: To analyze the nursing effect of cefoperazone-sulbactam sodium for the treatment of critically ill patients in ICU. Methods: The critically ill patients treated with cefoperazone-sulbactam sodium in ICU during January to June 2014 were selected. The nursing effect of clinical treatment was analyzed according to the experience medication and the drug susceptibility test. Results: Cefoperazone-sulbactam sodium was used in the treatment of β-lactam antibiotic-resistant bacterial infection and in patients with moderate or severe Gram-negative bacterial infections or after the patients transferred to the ICU Kind of standard body, timely submission; nurses, as the implementation of drug treatment with a high degree of responsibility and profound knowledge of drugs to ensure the safety of patients medication. Conclusion: In the treatment of critically ill patients in ICU, nurses strengthened the supervision of medication, eliminated hidden dangers of medication safety and reduced the occurrence of medical disputes.
