本文从杭锦后旗电力公司的实际情况入手,用人力资源管理中绩效管理的相关知识来分析这套绩效管理方案。并根据分析的结果提出了一些有针对性的建议,希望能对其有所裨益。
This article starts with the actual situation of power company in Hangjinhouqi and analyzes the performance management plan with the knowledge of performance management in human resource management. According to the results of the analysis, I put forward some targeted suggestions, which I hope will be helpful to them.
