游泳运动员下肢力量训练的重要性

随着我国北京奥运会的举办,我国越来越重视体育事业的发展,而游泳运动作为奥运比赛项目的重要组成部分,它的训练效果受到了人们的广泛关注和高度重视。在进行游泳运动的过程中,下肢力量对游泳运动员的爆发力和耐力有着直接的关系,也是决定游泳比赛结果的重要体能要素。所以,在游泳运动员的体能训练过程中,应该高度重视运动员下肢力量的训练,正确认识到下肢力量在游泳运动比赛中的重要性,有效提升游泳运动员的下肢力量。因此,本文通过对游泳运动员下肢力量训练的必要性进行分析探究,并相应的提出游泳运动员下肢力量的训练思路。 With the holding of Beijing Olympic Games in our country, more and more attention is paid to the development of sports in our country. As an important part of the Olympic Games, swimming training attracts a great deal of attention. In the process of swimming, the strength of the lower limbs has a direct relationship with the explosive and endurance of the swimmer, and is also an important physical factor that determines the result of the swimming competition. Therefore, in the process of physical training of swimmers, we should attach great importance to the training of lower limb strength of athletes, and correctly recognize the importance of lower limb strength in swimming competitions and effectively improve the lower limb strength of swimmers. Therefore, this article analyzes and studies the necessity of the lower limbs strength training of swimmers, and puts forward the train of thought of the lower limbs strength of the swimmers accordingly.
