混凝土作为当今世界应用最广泛的建筑材料,其发展历史几乎就是一部人类的文明史。然而,水泥的生产又是一种严重污染大气、劣化人类生态环境的落后工业门类。有资料反映,每生产1吨硅酸盐水泥熟料,将向地球大气层排放1吨CO_2。我国1997年共生产了3.5亿吨的硅酸盐水泥熟料,也就是说当年我国因水泥生产向地球大气层排放了3.5亿吨的CO_2。与此同时又消耗了3亿多吨的石灰石资源和数亿吨能源,由废旧建筑物的拆除又产生了数亿万方计的建筑垃圾。因此,混凝土工程对人类环境的污染已被世界各国从事材料研究的科学家所重视。
As the most widely used building material in the world today, the development history of concrete is almost a history of human civilization. However, the production of cement is a backward industry that seriously pollutes the atmosphere and deteriorates the human ecological environment. According to statistics, every ton of Portland cement clinker produced will emit 1 ton of CO2 into the earth’s atmosphere. In 1997, China produced a total of 350 million tons of Portland cement clinker, which means that China emitted 350 million tons of CO2 from the earth’s atmosphere due to cement production. At the same time, it has consumed more than 300 million tons of limestone resources and hundreds of millions of tons of energy. The demolition of old buildings has generated hundreds of millions of construction waste. Therefore, the pollution of the human environment by concrete projects has been valued by scientists engaged in materials research in various countries.
