可以用连续化的方法将连续平行弦桁架等代为实腹连续梁,这样建立的实腹梁平衡微分方程可用差分法求解。其基本方法是将梁的连续光滑挠度曲线用一系列等距点的挠度代替,从而使两点间的挠度呈线性规律变化;这样某点的导数可用相邻点的位移来表达,从而将微分方程转化为相应的差分方程,并将诸点逐步列出以挠度为未知量的线性差分方程组。用计算机可求得相应各点的挠度、弯矩和剪力,以及最后求出平行弦桁架各弦杆和腹杆的内力。这种方法比常用的有限元法具有数据量少和无需先假定杆件截面等优点。

This method than the common finite element method has a small amount of data and without first assuming the rod cross-section and so on.
