自第十一届三中全会上邓小平同志提出改革开放以来,我国的经济已经得到了巨大的发展,并逐渐走出中国,走上世界舞台。而且伴随着近年来的市场经济逐渐替代了计划经济的实施,不断地推动着我国经济的发展,让我国经济得到了更加繁荣的发展。为了能够让我国的市场经济得到更加稳定、与社会更加和谐地发展,我们必须要冲破传统的经济发展模式,制定出与市场经济体制相互适应的经济法,为我国的经济发展提供更加有效的发展保障。 Since Deng Xiaoping proposed the reform and opening up at the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, China’s economy has enjoyed tremendous growth and gradually stepped out of China and onto the world stage.
