我国正处在由中等收入国家向高收入国家迈进的重要时期,面临“中等收入陷阱”的挑战,本文认为技术创新是跨越“中等收入陷阱”的基础和动力。文章对巴西和韩国面临“中等收入陷阱”时,在技术创新问题上因选择不同政策和道路进而导致其之后发展大相径庭的历史经验进行了回顾和审视,同时结合我国现实情况进行了相关分析,提出以技术创新为核心促进我国跨越“中等收入陷阱”的几点思考。 Our country is facing an important period of “middle-income trap” from middle-income countries to high-income countries.
