针对电加热锅炉夹套温度控制的大滞后、时变性等特点,设计了基于预测模型的模糊-PID(Fuzzy-PID)控制器。在M atlab中实现了Fuzzy-PID控制的仿真,通过仿真可看到加入了模糊控制规则的控制器比常规PID控制器响应更迅速,且抗扰动能力增强。建立了预测模型,利用模糊规则调整预测模型系数K值,使加入预测模型的Fuzzy-PID控制器的动态性能和稳态精度都得到了很大的提高。针对电加热锅炉的对象特性实现了基于预测模型的模糊-PID控制器的仿真,仿真曲线表明,该控制方案下的控制效果较好。
Aimed at the large lag and time-varying characteristics of temperature control of electric heating boiler jacket, a fuzzy-PID (Fuzzy-PID) controller based on prediction model was designed. The simulation of fuzzy-PID control is realized in Mlablab. The simulations show that the controller with fuzzy control rules can respond more quickly than the conventional PID controller and the anti-disturbance ability is enhanced. The prediction model is established, and the fuzzy rules are used to adjust the K value of the prediction model coefficient, so that the dynamic performance and steady-state accuracy of the Fuzzy-PID controller added to the prediction model are greatly improved. According to the object characteristics of the electric heating boiler, the simulation of the fuzzy-PID controller based on the predictive model is realized. The simulation curve shows that the control effect under this control scheme is better.
