研究了负载型稀土配位体系催化丁二烯气相聚合的特点,提出了新的宏观动力学模型,考虑了催化活性中心的暴露及活化过程、链增长反应、失活反应和向烷基铝链转移4个基元反应和过程,推导出单体消耗速率等模型表达式,成功地关联了与聚合反应宏观条件之间的关系,可以较好地模拟整个聚合反应过程.
In this paper, the characteristics of supported rare earth coordination system for gas phase polymerization of butadiene were studied. A new macroscopical kinetic model was proposed. The exposure and activation process of catalytic active center, chain growth reaction, inactivation reaction, The four elementary reactions and processes were transferred and the model expressions such as the monomer consumption rate were deduced. The relationship between the model parameters and the macroscopic conditions of the polymerization was successfully correlated and the whole polymerization process could be well simulated.
