本文利用我国2005~2010年投入产出表测算工业部门三类大气污染物(SO2、工业烟尘、工业粉尘)的进出口含污量。结果显示,就这三类污染物而言,我国工业出口含污量均大于进口含污量,我国负担了额外的环境成本。但是,出口和进口的含污量都在大幅度下降,经过因素分解,发现技术进步因素对贸易含污量的减少作用超过了贸易规模因素对贸易含污量增加的作用,贸易结构因素的作用还比较小。因此,要加大清洁生产技术的使用,降低单位污染排放,同时要优化产业和贸易结构。
In this paper, we use the input-output table from 2005 to 2010 in our country to estimate the import and export of three types of air pollutants (SO2, industrial soot and industrial dust) in the industrial sector. The results show that, in terms of these three types of pollutants, China’s industrial exports are greater than the import volume of pollutants, China’s burden of additional environmental costs. However, the quantity of pollutants in both exports and imports has dropped drastically. After factor decomposition, it is found that the reduction effect of technological progress factors on trade-based pollutants exceeds the effect of trade size on the increase in trade-based pollution and the role of trade structure factors Still relatively small. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the use of clean production technologies and reduce emissions per unit of pollution while optimizing the industrial and trade structure.
