沥青混凝土路面面层厚度和基层模量是路面结构设计中的重要参数。采用3种典型路面结构,分析基层模量变化时的面层最大剪应力和层底弯拉应变的变化趋势。结果表明,增加沥青混凝土层厚度和增大基层模量能减小层底弯拉应变,有利于获得更长的结构疲劳寿命。同时,基层模量增大使面层剪应力增大。为此,在原有的层底弯拉应变和基顶压应变指标的基础上,提出增加抗剪指标以控制基层模量在合理范围内,防止出现过早的局部损坏。最后,提出了长寿命沥青混凝土路面组合设计的建议。
Asphalt concrete pavement thickness and base layer modulus pavement structure design is an important parameter. Three kinds of typical pavement structures were used to analyze the changing trend of the maximum shear stress and the bending strain of the bottom layer during the change of the base modulus. The results show that increasing the thickness of the asphalt concrete layer and increasing the modulus of the base layer can reduce the bending strain of the bottom layer, which is beneficial to obtaining longer structural fatigue life. At the same time, the increase of the base modulus increases the shear stress of the surface layer. Therefore, on the basis of the original bending strain at strata bottom and the compressive strain index at the base, it is proposed to increase the shear index to control the modulus of the base layer within a reasonable range to prevent premature local damage. Finally, the suggestion of long-life asphalt concrete pavement design is put forward.
