目的:探索免疫组化方法在诊断曲霉菌性鼻窦炎中的应用,观察该方法的敏感性和特异性。方法:采用Envision免疫组织化学二步法对怀疑曲霉菌性鼻窦炎的标本和对照标本染色,并与真菌学检查和HE、PAS染色进行对比。结果:40例中真菌培养19例为曲霉,4例污染菌,常规HE和PAS染色均可见菌丝或孢子,但不能确定种属,免疫组化染色耗时5~24h,示40例阳性,染色背景清晰,对比度强。4例对照标本免疫组化染色阴性。结论:此方法可敏感、特异地检出组织中的曲霉菌,为利用免疫组化方法诊断曲霉菌性鼻窦炎提供了实验依据,有助于临床诊断和研究。
Objective: To explore the application of immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis of Aspergillus sinusitis and to observe the sensitivity and specificity of this method. Methods: Envision immunohistochemical two-step method was used to stain specimens suspected of Aspergillus sinusitis and control specimens, and compared with mycological examination and HE, PAS staining. Results: Among the 40 cases, 19 strains were aspergillus and 4 were contaminant bacteria. The mycelium or spores were found by HE and PAS staining, but the species could not be confirmed. The immunohistochemical staining took 5 ~ 24h, showing 40 cases of positive, Dyeing background is clear, contrast is strong. 4 cases of negative control specimens immunohistochemical staining. Conclusion: This method is sensitive and specific detection of Aspergillus in tissues and provides an experimental basis for the diagnosis of Aspergillus sinusitis by immunohistochemistry, which is helpful for clinical diagnosis and research.
