目的:优选钩藤生物碱的最佳提取工艺。方法:以钩藤总碱的含量,钩藤碱、异钩藤碱、去氢钩藤碱和异去氢钩藤碱的含量总和及浸膏得率为评价指标,对比了水煮、渗漉、索式回流和回流四种方法的提取效果,优选出回流的提取方法,并采用正交设计的方法考察溶剂浓度、溶剂倍量、提取时间及提取次数对钩藤生物碱的提取率和含量的影响。结果:钩藤生物碱的最佳提取工艺为:10倍量90%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1h。结论:优选确定的工艺简便、稳定可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Uncaria alkaloids.
