基于单道次热模拟试验,绘制了09CuPTiRe钢完整的高温流变曲线,建立了09CuPTiRe钢的双曲正弦本构方程,确定了09CuPTiRe钢的再结晶图及动态再结晶软化率。结果表明:流变曲线计算值与实验值吻合良好;实验变形条件下,应变速率对09CuPTiRe钢的动态再结晶起主要作用,动态再结晶软化率与变形温度、应变速率满足线性关系。
Based on the single pass thermal simulation test, the complete high temperature rheological curve of 09CuPTiRe steel was drawn and the hyperbolic sine constitutive equation of 09CuPTiRe steel was established. The recrystallization and dynamic recrystallization softening of 09CuPTiRe steel were confirmed. The results show that the calculated values of the rheological curves are in good agreement with the experimental ones. Under the experimental deformation conditions, the strain rate plays a major role in the dynamic recrystallization of 09CuPTiRe steel. The dynamic recrystallization softening rate, deformation temperature and strain rate satisfy the linear relationship.
