建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中戊唑醇和咪鲜胺含量的方法。试样用甲醇溶解,以甲醇∶乙腈∶水(体积比35∶30∶35)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,使用XTerra RP-18柱和二极管阵列检测器(220nm),对50%戊唑·咪鲜胺微乳剂(30%戊唑醇+20%咪鲜胺)中的戊唑醇和咪鲜胺进行反相高效液相色谱分离和测定,外标法定量。结果表明:戊唑醇在101.01~1 010.08mg·L-1质量浓度范围呈线性响应,相关系数为0.999 9,相对标准偏差为0.19%,平均加标回收率为101.14%;咪鲜胺在99.06~990.85mg·L-1质量浓度范围呈线性响应,相关系数为0.999 8,相对标准偏差为0.13%,平均加标回收率为101.22%。该方法简便、快速、分离效果好,可用于产品的质量控制和检测分析。
A method for the determination of tebuconazole and prochloraz in the mixture under the same chromatographic conditions was established. The sample was dissolved in methanol and the mobile phase was methanol: acetonitrile: water (35:30:35 by volume) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The XTerra RP-18 column and diode array detector The tebuconazole and prochloraz in the% pentoconazole · prochloraz microemulsion (30% tebuconazole + 20% prochloraz) were separated by RP-HPLC and determined by external standard method. The results showed that tebuconazole had a linear response in the concentration range of 101.01-1 010.08 mg · L-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9 and a relative standard deviation of 0.19% with an average recovery of 101.14%. Prochloraz at 99.06 ~ 990.85mg · L-1, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the relative standard deviation was 0.13%, and the average recovery was 101.22%. The method is simple, rapid, good separation effect, can be used for product quality control and detection analysis.
