目的 探讨盐酸氟桂嗪 (西比灵 )对缺血损伤的神经细胞的保护作用。方法 在缺氧缺糖条件下培养神经细胞 ,作为体外缺血损伤模型 ;实验组为无糖培养剂中添加 40 μmol/L西比灵 ,对照组为无糖培养剂 ,测定缺氧损伤后细胞内钙离子浓度、细胞大小 (支配面积 )、以及所释放的乳酸脱氢酶的活性 ,分析判断西比灵的作用。结果 实验组细胞的胞内钙离子浓度显著低于对照组 ,细胞所支配面积大于对照组细胞 ,所释放的乳酸脱氢酶活性低于对照组。结论 西比灵能抵抗缺氧缺糖损伤后细胞内的钙离子浓度的升高 ,能有效减少缺氧缺糖对细胞所造成的损害 ,具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of flunarizine (Xi Bailing) on ischemic injured neurons. Methods The nerve cells were cultured under hypoxia / hypoglycemic conditions as an in vitro model of ischemia injury. In the experimental group, 40 μmol / L xibinger was added to the glucose-free medium and glucose-free medium was used as the control. Intracellular calcium concentration, cell size (dominating area), and the release of lactate dehydrogenase activity, to determine the role of cilium. Results The intracellular calcium concentration in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group. The area of cells in control group was larger than that in control group, and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase was lower than that in control group. Conclusion Xibe Ling can resist the increase of intracellular calcium concentration after oxygen-glucose deprivation injury, and can effectively reduce the damage caused by oxygen and glucose deprivation, which has a protective effect.
