《全日制义务教育数学课程标准(修改稿)》中指出:学生学习应当是一个生动活泼的、主动的和富有个性的过程。除接受学习外,动手实践、自主探索与合作交流同样是学习数学的重要方式。在如今的课堂上,“合作交流”作为学生学习数学的重要方式之一,得到了广泛的应用,而小组合作又是数学课堂中常用的一种合作交流方式。在实际教学中,我们常常会发现:有些小组合作看似热闹,却不是每位组员都得到了提高;有些小组合作缺乏目标性,无法快速有效地达成合作目标;有些小组合作索性成了个别优秀生的个人展示……究竟如何才能提高小组合作的有效性呢?
