立体高架库空间高大、货物密集,对温湿度场的均匀性和恒温恒湿的控制精度要求很高。本文以某卷烟厂辅料立体高架库为例,对其不同气流组织方式进行了对比分析,并对库内的温湿度场进行了实测验证。结果表明:采用上部孔板送风、底部布置回风口的气流组织方式可保持立体高架库内温湿度场的恒定与均匀性,温湿度与空调系统设定值的相对误差可分别达到1.1℃和3.9%的水平,满足±2℃和±5%的标准要求。
Stereo elevated rack space is large, goods-intensive, on the temperature and humidity uniformity of the field and high temperature and humidity control accuracy requirements. In this paper, a cigarette factory auxiliary materials three-dimensional elevated storage as an example, the different air flow organization were compared, and the temperature and humidity in the warehouse were measured. The results show that the airflow distribution in the upper plate and the air outlet arranged at the bottom can maintain the uniformity and uniformity of the temperature and humidity in the elevated rack. The relative errors between the temperature, humidity and the air-conditioning system can reach 1.1 ℃ and 3.9% level to meet the standard requirements of ± 2 ℃ and ± 5%.
