通过对比试验,探讨了烟草组织培养快速繁殖种苗的最佳途径,对组培过程中激素的组成和数量对种苗的生长影响进行研究.结果表明:以K326、红大、G-28这3种烟草的茎尖为外植体接种在MS+6-BA03+IBA005的培养基上,芽的萌发势较好,继代增殖在MS+6-BA3+IBA02的培养基上经35d的振动液体培养,每芽可增殖近50个幼芽,增殖芽在1/2MS生根培养基上培养30d,能长成健壮完整的植株,本试验还进行了一系列降低成本、简化培养方面的研究.
Through the comparative experiment, the best way of rapid propagation of tobacco seedling in tobacco tissue was discussed. The effects of the composition and quantity of hormone in the process of tissue culture on the growth of seedling were studied. The results showed that the shoots of K326, Hongda and G-28 were inoculated on the MS + 6-BA03 + IBA005 medium, the shoots germinated well, BA3 + IBA02 medium after 35d of vibration liquid culture, each bud can proliferate nearly 50 buds, proliferation buds in 1 / 2MS rooting medium for 30 days, can grow into a robust and complete plant, the test was also carried out A series of research to reduce costs and simplify culture.
