呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站人工砂石系统,研制采用了风选分离与机械脱水相结合的节能环保预处理生产技术,在去除高石粉满足工程质量的同时,成功将系统用水量从310m3/h降至100m3/h,每吨成品骨料平均用电量从8.8度/t降至3.01度/t。废渣全部干化处理,节能零排放,达到预期节能减排效果。其中人工砂石的节能减排环保技术,为行业首创。
