[目的]观察康复新液对婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻的治疗作用。[方法]将126例轻症抗生素相关性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗Ⅰ组(50例)、治疗Ⅱ组(40例)及对照组(36例),3组均给予布拉氏酵母菌及蒙脱石散口服,治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ组加服不同剂量康复新液,疗程均为7d。[结果]治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.01,<0.05),治疗Ⅰ组疗效高于治疗Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。[结论]康复新液能有效治疗婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻,无明显不良反应,且1.5ml/(kg.d)剂量的治疗Ⅰ组疗效优于1.0ml/(kg.d)剂量的治疗Ⅱ组。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin solution on antibiotic-associated diarrhea in infants. [Methods] 126 cases of mild antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children were randomly divided into treatment group Ⅰ (50 cases), treatment group Ⅱ (40 cases) and control group (36 cases), 3 groups were given Brays yeast and Montmorillonite loose oral treatment Ⅰ, Ⅱ group plus different doses of rehabilitation new liquid, treatment were 7d. [Result] The clinical curative effect of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was obviously higher than that of control group (P <0.01, <0.05). The curative effect of group Ⅰ was higher than that of group Ⅱ (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Kangfuxin solution can effectively treat antibiotic-associated diarrhea in infants and young children without obvious adverse reactions. The curative effect of 1.5ml / (kg · d) treatment group Ⅰ is better than that of 1.0ml / (kg.d) dose treatment Ⅱ group.
