针对采煤工作面带式输送机运输时煤尘比较大,降尘困难的现状,研制出了一种新型自动喷雾降尘装置。阐述了它的工作原理和使用注意事项,以及在老石旦煤矿031601工作面进行的应用试验,结果表明它提高了降尘效率,具有良好的使用效果,保障了工作面安全地、高效地生产。 Aiming at the situation that the coal dust is relatively big and the dust is difficult to be dumped when the belt conveyer of the coal working face is transported, a new type of automatic spray dust reducing device has been developed. The working principle and precautions of its application are expounded, and the application test in the work face 031601 of Laidamdan Coal Mine is made. The results show that it improves the efficiency of dust reduction and has good effect and ensures the safe and efficient production of the working face.
