本文提出了负载自动适应的减张力液压卷取系统的概念,对其结构及液压控制系统进行了设计,同时对系统的卷取性能进行了仿真。结果表明,负载自动适应的液压减张力卷取系统很好地保证了卷取时摩擦卷筒与储绳卷筒的协调,并能获得最大的工作效率,有很大的工程应用价值。
In this paper, the concept of load reduction adaptive tension reduction hydraulic rewinding system is put forward. The structure and hydraulic control system are designed, and the coiling performance of the system is simulated. The results show that the hydraulic adaptive tension reduction system can ensure the coordination between the friction roller and the storage drum during winding, and obtain the maximum working efficiency, which has great value in engineering application.
