为了提高某油库储油罐的利用效率,拟将富余的2座5×104 m3外浮顶原油储罐改造为内浮顶柴油罐。基于此,分析了改造过程中需要处理的储罐缺陷,针对基础沉降和不均匀沉降,管壁椭圆度、垂直度和水平度,底板腐蚀情况,以及罐体各部位的钢板厚度进行相应检测,按照相关规范要求进行校核,确定各部位改造的具体技术要求。此外,通过调研分析,提出应用双向子午线网壳技术作为改造内浮顶的网壳顶盖。相关经验为后续储罐的改造修复提供了作业依据。(图3,表4,参7)
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of an oil storage tank, it is proposed to transform the remaining two 5 × 104 m3 external floating roof crude oil storage tanks into internal floating roof diesel tanks. In addition, through the investigation and analysis, we propose the application of two-way meridional grid shell technology as the reticulated dome.
