休眠是植物在长期的系统发育过程中形成的生物学特性,是调控种子在最佳时间和空间萌发的有效方法。影响植物种子休眠的因素复杂多样,至今人类还不能清楚地阐述其调控机理。激素在种子休眠和萌发过程中起关键作用,近年来,已从拟南芥,小麦、水稻、烟草等植物中鉴定出一系列参与休眠和萌发调控的激素突变体。本文综述脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)、乙烯(ETH)及油菜素内酯(BR)等植物激素的相关突变体的研究进展。有助于阐明种子休眠和萌发的分子机理。
Hibernation is a biological feature formed by plants in the long-term phylogenetic process and is an effective method to regulate seed germination in the best time and space. The factors that affect the dormancy of plant seeds are complex and diverse. So far, human beings have not clearly explained their regulatory mechanisms. Hormone plays a key role in seed dormancy and germination. In recent years, a series of hormonal mutants involved in dormancy and germination have been identified from Arabidopsis, wheat, rice and tobacco plants. This review summarizes the progress of plant hormone-related mutants such as ABA, GA, ETH and BR. Help to clarify the molecular mechanism of seed dormancy and germination.
