本文通过正交优化设计法探讨了乳化柴油体系中,HLB值、乳化剂用量、助乳化剂用量(正丁醇)、乳化温度4种因素对乳化柴油稳定性的影响,并对乳化柴油的制备工艺进行了详细的研究.研究表明,以Span80、CTAB进行复配作为乳化剂,当HLB值为8.8,乳化剂用量6.0%,助乳化剂正丁醇与乳化剂的质量比约为1.0:2.7,乳化时间30min,可以得到掺水量为14.0%的乳化柴油,该乳化柴油外观澄清透明,常温放置60d外观无变化,稳定性较高。
In this paper, the effects of four factors on the stability of emulsified diesel oil, such as HLB value, emulsifier dosage, emulsifier dosage (n-butanol) and emulsification temperature, were discussed through orthogonal design. Process was studied in detail.The results showed that when emulsified with Span80 and CTAB, the mass ratio of n-butanol to emulsifier is about 1.0: 2.7 when the HLB value is 8.8 and the amount of emulsifier is 6.0% , The emulsifying time is 30min, the emulsified diesel oil with 14.0% water content can be obtained. The appearance of the emulsified diesel oil is clear and transparent, and the appearance of the emulsified diesel oil remains unchanged after 60 days, and the stability is high.
