目的探讨排舞运动对围绝经期妇女骨质疏松症的干预效果。方法以社区86名围绝经期妇女为研究对象,随机分成排舞运动组和一般教育组,12个月后采用双能骨密度测定和健康状况调查问卷SF-36进行评分记录。结果干预治疗后,排舞运动组骨密度值高于一般教育组(P<0.05)。排舞运动组在总体健康、活力、生活实践、情感职能及精神健康方面均高于一般教育组(P<0.05)。结论排舞运动对围绝经期妇女骨质疏松症有较好的防治作用,可推荐为运动处方。
Objective To investigate the effect of line dance on osteoporosis in perimenopausal women. Methods A total of 86 perimenopausal women in the community were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into three groups: rower dance group and general education group. After 12 months, they were scored by dual-energy bone mineral density measurement and health status questionnaire SF-36. Results After intervention, the BMD of the dance group was higher than that of the general education group (P <0.05). Dance and dance groups were higher than the general education group in general health, vitality, life practice, emotional function and mental health (P <0.05). Conclusions Dance exercise is a good preventive and therapeutic method for perimenopausal women with osteoporosis. It may be recommended as a sports prescription.
