5月楼市回暖进入5月份,国内多地区楼市成交量均出现回升现象。中国指数研究院的报告显示,5月7日至5月13日被监测的40个城市中,六成城市楼市成交周均同比上升,苏州、厦门、温州、兰州、海口同比增幅都在100%以上。重点城市中,仅深圳、上海成交周均同比下跌,其余城市均上涨,其中南京涨幅最大,达82.20%。作为全国房价风向标之一的北京,更是出人意料地迎来了“红五月”。据北京市住建委数据,5月上半月,北京新房住宅签约4679套,较4月同期上升46.2%,
May the property market warmed into May, the domestic multi-regional property market turnover rebounded. According to the report of China Index Research Institute, among the 40 cities monitored from May 7 to May 13, the turnover of property market in 60% cities rose year-on-year, while that of Suzhou, Xiamen, Wenzhou, Lanzhou and Haikou all increased by 100% the above. Among the key cities, only the turnover of Shenzhen and Shanghai dropped year on year and the rest of the cities rose, with Nanjing accounting for the largest increase of 82.20%. As one of the national price hikes in Beijing, it is surprisingly ushered in “red May.” According to the Beijing Municipal Construction Committee data, in the first half of May, Beijing houses 4679 units of new homes, up 46.2% over the same period in April,
